Baka apartment is located close to the beach in a quiet, peaceful street in Ábrahámhegy. It was built in 2022. It is a clean, comfortable, cozy 5 -unit apartment house.

When designing the apartments, we have taken into account the importance of enabling larger companies to spend their freetime together. On the ground floor there are 3 apartments for 2+2 people, which can be opened together on request and upstairs there are 2 4+2 people apartments.

Each of the apartments has a separate terrace, on the upper floor each of them have  a balcony and all of them have a separate entrance

The unified equipment creates a pleasant reassuring atmosphere. The apartments are equipped according to the category.

The three lower apartments have an American kitchen living room in which the sofa can be converted to a spare bed (140×200). They have a bedroom with a double bed which is equipped with a 160×200 rottex mattress. The bathroom was designed with a shower and toilet. On the terrace there is a garden furniture for 4 people.

The two upper apartments have an American kitchen living room in which the sofa can be converted to a spare bed (140×200). They have two bedrooms.The first one includes a 160×200 Rottex mattress bed and the second one is equipped with two standard 90×200 boxspring beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. On the balcony there is a garden furniture for 6 people.
